In this 30-minute session, we go through your first week and your daily check-ins, so you can keep going with more clarity and less pressure.

What we’ll do together

• Look at your check-ins: what you did, how often, and how your energy was
• Talk about what feels good and what’s hard right now
• Find out what helps you keep going
• Notice what’s happening, without changing everything at once

This session is for you if…
you’ve finished your first week, or you’re somewhere in the middle and not sure if you’re on the right track. Missed a few days? That’s okay. It’s exactly what we can look at together.

How it works
After booking, I’ll get in touch by email to find a date and time that works for you: morning, afternoon or after work. We meet online via Zoom / Google Meet.
